Wando senior Andrew Glover committed to Hargrave Military Academy last week.

Glover helped lead Wando to a Class 4A state championship this season as the Warriors' lone starting senior. The 6-foot-3 shooting guard averaged 10 points and six rebounds per game this season and was named to the High School Sports Report Class 4A All-State team.

Hargrave is widely recognized as one of the premier preparatory schools in the nation. Its basketball program has become a recruiting hotbed for Division I college talent. In the past 10 years, Hargrave has won two national prep championships and produced 101 Division I players, including nine current NBA players.

Glover will be eligible to move on to another school after his first season at Hargrave and would still have full NCAA eligibility remaining.
