Lady Eagles crush Stall

Palmetto Christian Academy girls soccer rolled past Stall, 7-1, Friday in North Charleston.

Palmetto Christian (3-3) opened a 5-0 halftime lead with goals from four different players. The Lady Eagles only allowed Stall two shots the entire night, while getting off 32 of their own.

Karris Ripple gave Palmetto Christian its first goal in the 10th minute. Kennedy Jordahl added the second two minutes later. Gracelyn Stanton scored in the 30th minute, Taylor Christo in the 36th and Jordahl netted her second in the 38th.

Tina North broke the shutout for Stall with a goal in the 54th minute. The goal was Stall's last shot attempt of the night.

Lilly Haire stretched the Lady Eagles' lead with a goal off an assist from Morgan Cox in the 61st minute. Cox later earned her own goal in the 69th minute.

Palmetto Christian travels across town Friday to face Coastal Christian at 5 p.m.
