Fine Craft Shows Charleston, LLC announces the Piccolo Spoleto Craft Shows for 2014. This year’s shows will be held May 22-25 and May 30-June 1. This is the 35th year for these shows, which are part of the Piccolo Spoleto Festival. The shows will be held at historic Wragg Square Park, at Meeting and Charlotte Streets in Charleston, South Carolina.

Approximately 120 artists from 17 states around the U.S. will display their crafts for sale during the two three-day shows. The shows each feature a different line-up of artists. Participating artists will provide formal and informal demonstrations of craft techniques throughout the two shows. A schedule of demonstrations and a list of participating artists are available online.

The shows will again include popular silent auctions. The auctions feature craft objects donated by participating artists and by members of Charleston Crafts Cooperative. Each show will feature a separate silent auction selection.

Admission to the show is $3 for adults. Children 18 and under and adults over 65 are admitted free. The show hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. Detailed schedules for the shows and demos are available at www.finecraftshowscharleston.com.
