The Dodger Runs 5K raised more than $9,000. PROVIDED

Dodger Runs 5K for the Cure proudly raised more than $9,000 for Canine Cancer Care Inc., a nonprofit organization based out of the Charleston, South Carolina area dedicated to helping dogs with cancer.

Their team is 100-percent volunteer and committed to raising pet cancer awareness, providing financial assistance for treatment, and supporting research. “We could not have attained such an accomplishment without the help and support of our kindhearted team, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, donors, participants and spectators. You are the heart and soul of Canine Cancer Care Inc.,” said the co-founder and president of Canine Cancer Care Inc., Dr. Amanda Cunningham, DVM.
