Town of Mount Pleasant is hosting a School’s Out for Summer Party

The Town of Mount Pleasant is hosting a School's Out for Summer Party and you are invited. The event is scheduled for Friday, June 6, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Park West Recreation Complex, 1251 Park West Boulevard. Parking and admission are free.

Free activities will include a Ferris wheel, fun house, photo booth, inflatable skeeball, striker games, hula hoops, sidewalk chalk, balloon art, caricature drawings. A fire truck from the Mount Pleasant Fire Department will also be at the party.

Free craft stations will include ART BUZZ Kids, Fear No Easel, and Rock Paper Scissors. Mount Pleasant Waterworks and InTown.com will host exhibits. DJ Yonni (95SX) and Performance by Homespun Hoops will provide entertainment.

Food will be available for purchase and will include Kona Ice, Kickin' Chicken, Slingers, Coastal Crust and Lowcountry Fun Foods.

Bring a bathing suit and cap the evening off with a night of free swimming, fun and games at Family Fun Night, from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m. This free event is open to the public and free swim begins at 3 p.m. for the event.
