A human resource officer called police because a job applicant had been badgering her and other staff members about trying to get a job with the organization.

She said the man first emailed his resume and then came to the office as a walk-in. He was turned away because he did not have an appointment, the report said.

According to the report, the man was not contacted regarding the job because he did not meet the job requirements. He then allegedly continued with phone calls and emails to staff and even used Facebook to contact people.

According to the report, the human resource officer told police he began calling two and three times a day.

Police sent an email to the suspect telling him to cease all communication with the company.

The suspect called the officer and was given a verbal warning about not calling the place of business again.

He said he wanted to file a complaint because a job was offered to him and they were not honoring it.

The officer explained that he was not offered a job and was not even qualified for the position.

He was told that if he felt there was any type of discrimination to contact the proper authorities,

No charges were filed, but he was warned in no uncertain terms to stop calling.
