Important information for Mount Pleasant Waterworks customers

Mount Pleasant Waterworks (MPW) wants to advise all customers about a mail solicitation they may receive from HomeServe regarding coverage for water service lines. It has come to their attention that these solicitations are again being mailed to Mount Pleasant Waterworks customers.

HomeServe’s mail solicitation is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mount Pleasant Waterworks.

Mount Pleasant Waterworks is currently working to develop a separate service line program that will provide coverage for both residential water and wastewater service lines. This program will be administered and managed by Mount Pleasant Waterworks. MPW anticipate their program becoming available in the fall and Mount Pleasant Waterworks’ customers will be notified directly by Mount Pleasant Waterworks.

“So look forward to the exciting opportunity our MPW program will provide each residential customer coming soon,” said General Manager Clay Duffie.
