Police Blotter – You can do whatever

  • Thursday, June 26, 2014

A woman working in a sub shop had to call police because two women and a man entered the store and allegedly stole four cookies and a $5 bill from the tip jar.

According to the report, the clerk witnessed the theft and asked them if they were going to pay for the cookies or was she going to have to call the police.

One of the women allegedly called the clerk a nasty racial slur and told her she “could do whatever,” the report said.

The victim said they then left in their vehicle which she was able to describe to the officer. She gave full descriptions of each individual. She also said that she did not recognize the women, but the man with them is a regular customer, the report said. Police told her to call them should he ever come back in the store.
