Police Blotter – Don’t mess with grandma

  • Wednesday, July 2, 2014

A grandmother called police regarding her 30-year-old grandson because he allegedly took $15 from her.

According to the report, the suspect was seen walking down the road and an officer stopped to speak with him.

The grandmother told the officer that when the police found the grandson, she wanted him to be arrested and charged.

But according to the report, the grandson said he was only walking to the store to pick up her prescriptions for her.

However, the grandmother’s story was that her grandson allegedly snatched the money from her hand and took off, the report said.

The grandson became agitated according to the report and started pacing around saying he was not going to jail.

He was eventually charged for petit larceny.
