Benefiting the MUSC Children's Hospital Fund and Coastal Conservation Association of South Carolina, the Fishing for Miracles committee will be hosting its 21st annual Fishing for Miracles Tournament sponsored by Hanckel Marine Sales and Service of Charleston. The three-day King Mackerel tournament begins on Thursday, Aug. 7 and concludes on Saturday, Aug. 9, at the Ripley Light Yacht Club in Charleston, South Carolina.
The Fishing for Miracles Tournament began in 1994 as a fun way to raise money for the MUSC Children's Hospital Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Coastal Conservation of Association of South Carolina. From inception in 1994, more than $687,500 in contributions has been shared between beneficiaries.
That level of support would not be possible without sponsor efforts. Sponsor contributions are apportioned 100 percent for direct allocation to beneficiaries; no sponsor funds are utilized for tournament administration purposes.
Fishing for Miracles would like to invite you to become a partner with the Fishing for Miracles committee by taking advantage of the sponsorship opportunities available. Your participation effort allows your organization to be a part of the largest King Mackerel fishing tournament in the entire state and provides for direct exposure to the Lowcountry community.
The growing Fishing for Miracles sponsor list includes: Hankel Marine, Ripley Light Yacht Club, Sherwin-Williams, Charleston's Rigging and Marine Hardware, Karen Muckenfuss, The Greenery, East Cooper Outboard Motor Club, Pierside Boatworks, Dixon Hughes Goodman, The Charleston Angler, Haddeell's Point Tackle and Supply, Printing Associates, Charleston Graphics, Weather Routing International, Miner Metal, Driggers Small Engine, Reel Hooker and Finz.
