Man arrested and charged with Peeping Tom 2nd offense and burglary 1st and 2nd degree

Corwin Alston


Corwin Alston, of 1011 Rosa Green Rd., Awendaw was arrested and charged with Peeping Tom 2nd Offense, Burglary 1st Degree and Burglary 2nd Degree on July 9, according to the Mount Pleasant Police Department.

This charges stem from a series of attempted entries into occupied residences in the Charleston National neighborhood. The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office also served a warrant on Alston, 35, for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender. He has been lodged at the Charleston County Detention Center, said Inspector Chip Googe / Public Information Officer.
