According to the report, the man eventually walked away before police arrived, and as he was doing so, yanked off his shirt. A concerned citizen said the man seemed drunk.
Police finally caught up with the man who, according to the report, was back at the traffic circle yelling at cars and jumping up and down.
Turns out the man was yelling at drivers not stopping at the yield sign and telling them how angry that made him, the report said.
The officer asked the man for his ID and he said he did not have one. He also said he did not have a name and didnít live anywhere.
Then out of nowhere he said he was going home and started to walk away, the report said.
The officer grabbed the manís arm to stop him, but according to the report, the suspect resisted and had to be taken down to the ground so the officers could finish their investigation.
He was ultimately charged with drunkenness in public.
