Bushido opened their doors to the new location on the Isle of Palms the first week of June.
For the residents of the island, this gives them a great option for dinner without having to cross the connector. Bushido is located in the newly remodeled Harris Teeter shopping center.
Bushido originally gained its fame for the “Man vs. Food” television show who featured the hot sushi challenge. This location does also feature this challenge and should have the sauces in any day now, but make sure you call ahead for reservations if you dare to try this challenge.
Derma Medical Aesthetics opens at Freshfields Village
Derma Medical Aesthetics has opened its doors at Freshfields Village, the luxury shopping and dining destination at the crossroads of Kiawah, Seabrook and Johns islands. Rebecca Williams, co-owner and medical aesthetician, explains why she chose Freshfields Village: “Freshfields Village is the ideal place to provide our services to residents and visitors alike. We offer high-end treatments and aesthetic services that will reflect the quality and refinement that has come to be associated with Freshfields and this community.
“When I first visited Kiawah Island, I fell in love with the beauty of the lowcountry and found the community to be a vibrant, engaging group of people who really enjoy the outdoor activities that they can engage in practically year round. As a medical aesthetician living on the island, I sought to use my expertise in medical aesthetics and provide a service here at Freshfields Village.” she added.
Derma Medical Aesthetics is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. They are located at 265 Gardeners Circle, Johns Island.
