The approaching end of summer means the Moultrie News staff must say "see ya later" to our summer intern, Ciapha Dennis. Before leaving, Ciapha sat down with our online content manager, to answer questions about his experience.

Q: What were you thinking as you drove home after your first day?

A: This is going to be the best experience OF. MY. LIFE.

Q: What is something you didn't expect to learn?

A: I didn't expect to learn how to direct parking traffic. But I'm glad I did. Haha.

Q: You're going back to Winthrop for your senior year in a few weeks. How will you describe your summer?

A: It was blessed. My internship exposed me to everything I thought it would, AND MORE.

Q: If you had to describe the Moultrie News in one word, which word would you choose?

A: Community!

Q: What do you want Moultrie News fans to know about you? Random facts, memories, etc.

A:Ciapha means first-born

Q: Do you have any additional comments?

A: Thank you, East Cooper, for your open arms. The most rewarding part of this experience has been hearing your voice and sharing your stories. From kids painting camps to influential ministries; Each one I’ve taken to heart. Take care!
