Upcoming events at Sewee Environmental Education Center

Check out these great upcoming events at the Sewee Visitor and Environmental Education Center:

Saturdays from 11 a.m. to noon and Thursdays 3-4 p.m., Wolfman Rob conducts red wolf discussions and feedings.

Nature Movie: This summer, every Thursday at 2 p.m., join the center for a nature movie in their air-conditioned theater. Learn about everything from dinosaurs to plants with a different movie every week!

Saturday, Aug. 23, at 11 a.m., learn about local and international endangered species like the red wolf, elephant and turtles. See illegal wildlife products and learn the difference about legal and illegal souvenirs. Call 843-928-3368 to register.

Saturday, Aug. 30, at 11 a.m., come enjoy the book reading: “Izzie Lizzie Alligator: A Tale of a Big Lizard,” Fun for ages 3 and up. Call the center to reserve your spot on the classroom carpet!
