Century 21 Properties Plus is pleased to welcome Meredith Kolaski to its Mount Pleasant office. Kolaski has over 10 years of experience in the field and most recently worked for Charleston Coastal Realtors.

Meredith graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in business administration. She has worked in real estate since 2004.

Prior to joining Century 21, Meredith was the Broker in Charge of her own real estate company, Charleston Coastal Realtors. She also worked with Wild Dunes Real Estate and has excelled as a top producing agent over the years.

Meredith now lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband, Andrew Kolaski, and two boys, Luke and Austin. In her spare time, Meredith loves boating, golfing and spending time with her family.

SOL Southwest Kitchen and Tequila Bar

After two busy months of raising funds through its Kitchen Karma program, SOL Southwest Kitchen and Tequila Bar presented a check totaling $1,451 to local charity organization Camp Rise Above on Monday, July 14. This donation will be used to help provide life-­changing camp experiences to children with serious illnesses, disabilities and challenges. “Giving back to the community that supports us is one of the most important and rewarding things we do,” said David Clark, owner of SOL.

Lennar Homes

Lennar Homes, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, is pleased to announce that Jason Byham has been named Coastal Carolinas Division president.

Byham is an accomplished real estate professional with more than 10 years of sales and management experience. He has worked in Lennar’s Coastal Carolinas Division since August 2012 as director of sales and marketing. During his tenure with the Miami-based homebuilder, Byham has expanded his management responsibilities to include 15 communities in the Charleston and Myrtle Beach markets.

Byham has played a huge role in recent success enjoyed by the Coastal Carolinas Division. Lennar Charleston alone saw a 185 percent increase in number of homes sold and a nearly 200 percent increase in dollar volume sold year over year in 2013. For his efforts, Byham was awarded “Sales Manager of the Year 2013,” by the Charleston Home Builder Association.

A native of Erie, Pennsylvania, and University of Georgia graduate with a degree in international business, Byham has previously worked at Pulte Homes and John Wieland Homes. He lives on Daniel Island with his wife and three children.
