Police Blotter – Old-timey pranks die hard

  • Friday, August 29, 2014

A school resource officer responded to the boys bathroom at a local school because a kid thought it would be funny to pull the fire alarm, a report said. The principal pointed the suspected student out and he was questioned by the officer. The police report said the student admitted to pulling the alarm while he was in the bathroom. The police officer, along with the principal and the fire department, had a conversation with the student about the severity of pulling the fire alarm. No charges were filed against the elementary school student and the school handled the repercussions administratively.
