Charleston Realtors Association appoints 2010 leadership

The 2010 leadership teams for the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® (CTAR), the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Commercial Investment Division (CID) were sworn in on Dec. 3, 2010 during the REALTORS® Holiday Gala in downtown Charleston.

CTRA Board Appointments

Jeremy Willits, of Grubb & Ellis | WRS was named president of the Association. Rob Woodul, Director of Growth and Development with Carolina One Real Estate will serve as president-elect.

Herb Koger of Keller Williams Charleston Islands will be vice president of Administration and Owen Tyler of Carolina One Real Estate will serve as vice president of Finance.

David Kent of The Real Buyer's Agent will serve as an honorary director, and Ralph Wetherell of AgentOwned Premiere Group is immediate past president.

Multiple Listing Service Board Appointments

David Smythe, of Clement, Crawford and Thornhill was installed as president of the Multiple Listing Service. Angie Bailey, of the Agent Owned Charleston Group, will serve as vice president. Bretta Grant Taylor of Carolina One Real Estate was installed as secretary/treasurer.

Gettys Glaze of Coldwell Banker United, Realtors will serve as immediate past president.

Commercial Investment Division Board Appointments

Kristie Roe of The Beach Company Commercial Division will serve as president of the Commerical Investment Division.

John Tecklenburg of Clement, Crawford and Thornhill was named vice president.

Kim Hinshaw of Anchor Commercial was appointed secretary/treasurer.

Chris Cunniffe of Harbor City Real Estate Advisors will serve as immediate past president.
