Introducing FUEL – Fill Up-Enjoy Life

Printer Friendly Version  |  0 comment(s)

FUEL is food by design to fuel your life, a concept of personalized, home-cooked food that focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle. Created by Cordon Bleu-trained Caroline Jackson in 2007, the program offers the ultimate in personalized healthy eating by working with clients one-on-one in their homes to design and cook meals that fit their tastes and needs.

Whether diabetic, looking to lose weight, change your families eating habits, or just don’t have time or energy to cook well-balanced meals, FUEL is a modern approach to eating well. Jackson’s clients have lost weight, lowered their cholesterol, and one client even reversed his diabetes.

Jackson brings over 10 years of culinary experience to FUEL. She has worked with four-star chefs such as Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich in New York City, helped manage some of Charleston’s premiere restaurants including Fish and The Boathouse, and is the original Program Chair and Planning Committee member of the BB&T Charleston Food + Wine Festival and the Festival’s Food Coordinator since 2007.
