She earned a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and a Master's degree in International Development from The George Washington University.
She is the Director of Education at The Echo Foundation.
The groom is the son of Mary C. Kennerty of Mount Pleasant, SC, and James H. "Buddy" King of Conway, SC. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kennerty of Charleston, and the late Ms. Katherine Spires and Mr. James H. King of Conway, SC. Howard earned a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and a Law degree from American University Law School.
He is the Legal Manager for DP World, Americas Region.
