Lisa Denise Pool of Mount Pleasant, S.C. and Brian Alexander Chappell of Charleston, S.C. were united in marriage on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at Drayton Hall Plantation.

The reception was held on the grounds of Drayton Hall Plantation.

The officiating clergy was Cheryl Turner, a friend of the couple.

The bride is the daughter of Carl Long of Edmond, Okla., and Dale and Karen Bell of Enid, Okla.

She wore a fitted A-line, floor length strapless dress, and carried a bouquet of a dozen red roses.

Her son, Stephen Pool, escorted her down the aisle and stood by the couple’s side as they exchanged vows.

The groom is the son of Chris and Booie Chappell of Charleston, S.C.

He is employed by Blanchard Caterpillar as a territory manager.

The bride is employed as a contract manager at Office Max, Inc.

The couple honeymooned at Sandals Resort in Antigua.

They reside in Mount Pleasant, S.C.
