The Reverend and Mrs. Francis Pelmoin Seignious, III of Mount

Pleasant, South Carolina announce the engagement of their daughter,

Frances Dorsey Seignious, to Gregory Nicholas Goschy.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Peter Goschy, Jr. of

Knoxville. Tennessee. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and

Mrs. Frank Bedford Best, Jr. of Orangeburg, South Carolina and the late

Mr and Mrs. Francis Pelmoin Seignious, Jr. of Charleston, South

Carolina.

She earned a B.A. in Communication from The College of

Charleston. She is currently employee by Lassiter & Associates in

Atlanta, Georgia.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mrs.

Ida Henrietta Holden of Ellsworth, Wisconsin and the late Freeman Leo

Holden and the late Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Peter Goschy of Scranton,

Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of The College of Charleston with a B.S.

in Chemistry. He is receiving his M.S. in Organic Chemistry in May from

Emory University. A May wedding is planned in Mount Pleasant, South

Carolina.
