The prospective groom is the son of Emma J. Williams and the late Carnell Williams Sr. of Mount Pleasant, S.C.Miss Snipes graduated in 1982 from Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, S.C. She is employed as a cosmetologist with Hair Lab.Mr. Williams graduated in 1988 from Clemson University. He is employed with Springs Global U.S. in Ft. Mill, S.C.The wedding is planned for April 19, 2008 at Woodhaven Baptist Church in Rock Hill, S.C.
