Mr. and Mrs. Billy Williams of Mount Pleasant, S.C. announce the engagement of their daughter Whitney Danielle Williams of Mount Pleasant, to Kenneth Bradley Cameron, of Georgetown, S.C. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cameron, of Georgetown.

His is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Olin Miller and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Cameron.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Betty Beach and the late Robert Beach; and Mrs. Clydie Williams and the late Bill Williams.

She is a graduate of both Wando High School and Coastal Carolina University. She is currently attending graduate school.

The prospective groom is a gradate of Georgetown High School. He is employed with Santee Cooper.

The couple will be married on Aug. 8, 2009, in Moncks Corner,  S.C.
