Two 18 ear old brothers got into a spat with one another because one went into the other's room. Oddly enough the two still live at home so the room is not technically his.

At any rate, one brother was in his room hanging out when the other came in and took his phone charger.They began to argue and the brother that took the phone charger walked out and ripped down the sheet that was serving as the bedroom door.

The brother in his own room, minding his own business then chased the brother who ripped down the sheet and took the phone charger.

They ended up outside in the yard and that's when the brother who took the phone charger picked up a skateboard and smacked his brother with it over the head.

The cops were called and the brother who took the phone charger told the officer that his brother gets pissed off when anyone comes into his room.So the officer asked him why he went into the room if he thought it was going to cause a problem and he told the officer "because I f'n wanted to."

He said he hit his brother with the skateboard in self defense.

Then their mom arrives on the scene and she wanted to press charges against her son for constantly destroying the house and for talking ugly to her.

The mean brother decided to just leave for the night and stay with a friend but said he would be back to get his things. The officer suggested he bring a police officer if he returns.

Mom and other brother decided not to pursue any charges.
