She said four days ago her boyfriend slapped her about 25 times in the face and said she probably has memory loss from all the abuse she has suffered. She said her boyfriend was moving out and he wanted to hurt her on his way out of her life. she said the night before she was doing the dished and he slapped her about four times on her butt. At first she said she thought it was funny but then the next day she didn't think it was all that funny. The officer asked her what changed her mind and she said it was because she prayed.
Then she dropped her drawers and made the officer look at her rear and all its glory.
The officer could not tell if the bruises were one day old or several days old but there were bruises and officer had to take pictures of them for evidence.
The officer asked the woman what she wanted to do about the situation and she said she just wanted her fan that she sleeps with but her boyfriend took it when he moved out. Then she said she did not want her boyfriend to get in trouble.
During the whole conversation with the officer the woman's moods were very erratic. At one point she sat in the corner and cried and said "I just want my fan."
Two minutes later she was standing up laughing at something. she was very antsy and could not sit still for more than a few seconds.
She kept saying she did not want to prosecute and did not need medical attention.
So the officer called the boyfriend who said she was the abusive one in the relationship and that if he ever slapped her it was in self defense.
He said she is an alcoholic and suffers from mood and stress disorders and would wake him up in the middle of the night screaming about stuff that happened months previously.
He said he would wake up to her hitting and kicking him over whatever she was mad about at the moment and that when she runs out of beer and smokes she becomes very violent.
Then the officer asked him how she might have obtained the injuries to her backside and he said they had relations right up until he moved out and that she likes to be slapped on her butt. He said he has helped her tremendously and will continue to provide for her but he just can't live there anymore.
The officer did not find the woman's story to be credible so no warrant was issued for domestic violence.
