A woman living in a local apartment complex notice a cat hanging around her door and on her front porch area. The cat did not have any tags and looked frail and thin to her. She finally called Animal Control to have them remove the cat who was now becoming a nuisance.

The woman somehow was able to determine who the cat belonged to and canceled the visit from animal control. about that time the owners showed up to get the cat. The owner was livid because she had gotten wind that this woman was trying to have her cat taken away and cussed her out. The woman then told the cat owner that a responsible pet owner should have tags on their pet and have them on a leash or leave the cat inside. The owner then said "what the f do you know and then called her fat.

The woman called police because the cat owner's behavior was out of line. The cat owner told the officer that the cat keeps escaping from the apartment. She said the cat did not have tags because the break away color had come off of him. she said she became angry because the woman kept telling her she was not a responsible pet owner and that her cat looked thin. This made her angry because she said she is a vet technician and knows how to care for animals.

She said she would do better to keep her cat inside or on a leash.
