Mount Pleasant Children’s Chorus seeking singers

The Mt. Pleasant Children’s Chorus is conducting a city-wide search for children ages 7 – 12 to become an active part of a city-wide choral group including Mount Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.

The chorus rehearses weekly and will perform at several civic functions throughout the year, including the Mount Pleasant Christmas Spectacular, Mount Pleasant Children’s Day Festival, Mount Pleasant Arts Fest, as well as local schools and senior citizen centers.

Open auditions will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 30.
