Walk through many distinct habitats will allow us to view and discuss a variety of birds, butterflies, and other organisms. Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-in registrations at Caw Caw are welcome. A chaperone is required for ages 15 and under.

Folly Beach Bird Walks - Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve Bird Walk

Birding experts from Charleston County Parks and the South Carolina Audubon Society explore Folly Beach in this partnership program. This walk focuses on the southern shoreline of Folly Beach. The program is free, however, pre-registration is required. A chaperone is required for participants ages 15 and under.

Challenge Course Training - Level I Certification

The Challenge Course Practitioner Certification Exams are delivered by the Adventure Group, and provides certifications for both Alpine Towers International (ATI) and Cornerstone Designs (CDI). The exams will cover a combination of information set forth by the Association for Challenge Course Technology Practitioner Certification Standards issued Nov 2008 and the curriculum standards set forth by the certifying Professional Vendor Members Level 1 ATI and CDI. Participant must pass 80 percent of the written exam and 100 percent of the practical skills exam. Upon successful completion, this certification is good for one year. Pre-registration required.
