Colliers | South Carolina recently announced that Brian Davis, Director of Project Management Services | Charleston for LCK, Colliers’ project management partner, is the recipient of the 2023 ONE Colliers Award. The award was presented at the Colliers/LCK annual Awards Celebration held at Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia on Feb. 21.
The ONE Colliers Award recognizes the individual who professionally represents the Colliers/LCK brand and plays a consistent role in unifying the Colliers/LCK team as ONE. The recipient also embodies and promotes Colliers’ six core values of integrity, service, collaboration, fun, expertise and community.
Davis provides leadership of LCK’s Charleston team while also managing various LCK projects including new developments and renovations for municipal, healthcare, commercial, industrial, nonprofit and retail real estate.
“Brian has played key roles within LCK for 20 years,” said Dale Stigamier, President of LCK. “He delivers outstanding quality, creativity and collaboration for our project management clients and has made a significant contribution to the expansion and success of LCK in the Lowcountry region.”
