The S.C. Sea Grant Consortium will be reviewed Sept. 21-22 by a Site Review Team convened by the director of the National Sea Grant College Program (NSGCP).
As part of the review process, the NSGCP is inviting comments from the public on the management aspect of the Consortium or its work by Sept. 14. Comments should be e-mailed to oar.sg.feedback@noaa.gov.
The S.C. Sea Grant Consortium seeks to enhance the practical use and conservation of South Carolina's coastal and marine resources that foster a sustainable economy and environment. The Consortium, celebrating 30 years of science serving South Carolina's coast, is a member of the nationwide network of 32 Sea Grant Programs that are sanctioned through the NOAA National Sea Grant College Program, U.S. Department of Commerce.
