Creech has served as regional director for AT&T’s External Affairs in the Berkeley/Charleston/Dorchester region since 2001.

 Creech has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of South Carolina. He is a past chairman of the Charleston Regional Development Alliance and the Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce. He is a vice chair of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and has served as a board member and as a member of the executive committee of the BCD Council of Governments.
