Dr. Ann Kulze to be keynote speaker at The Total Life Seminar

Dr. Ann Kulze will be the keynote speaker at The Total Life Seminar scheduled for Saturday, March 13, at the Isle of Palms United Methodist Church. Her topic will be 'Eat Right for Life'.

Sponsored by the church and Whole Foods, the seminar will also include four workshops and eight exhibitors covering all areas of a healthy lifestyle. The seminar begins at 10 a.m. and concludes at 2 p.m. with Dr. Ann's presentation for the first two hours.

Dr. Ann is a highly sought motivational speaker who delivers her message with energy, enthusiasm and credibility. A nationally recognized expert in the areas of nutrition, healthy lifestyles and disease prevention, she is an author, corporate wellness trainer, and national media featured expert.

A graduate of Clemson University and MUSC, she lives in her native Charleston with her husband and four children and has a private practice here.

The four wellness workshops with include 'Rejuvenate and Live Longer,' with Dr. Patrick Lovegrove; 'Tooth Health for Total Health' with Dr. Jim Sexton, Jr.; 'Is the Opposite of Stress, Peace?' with Dr. A.C. Holler, Jr.,; and 'Bring Your Pain to a K-Laser' featuring Drs. Josh and Lucas Cole.

The fee of $10 will be used for covering expenses of the event. Registration is advised and may be made by calling the church at 886-6610 or on the church Web site at wwwiopmethodist.com. Tickets may also be picked up at the church at 21th Ave. and Palm Boulevard on Isle of Palms.
