John Huchting Graham, 87, husband of Jeanette Smith Graham of Mt.

Pleasant, SC passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2012. The relatives and

friends of John Graham are invited to attend his Memorial Service on

Friday, January 13, 2012 in J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL at

11:00 am. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends on

Thursday, January 12, 2012 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm and also one hour

prior to the service.

John was born on April 15, 1924 in

Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Harry Joseph Graham and

Elizabeth Campbell Graham. He served in the United States Navy during

World War II and was a retired Purchasing Agent for Macalloy of

Charleston Steel Mill.

He is survived by his wife of 64

years, Jeanette Smith Graham of Mt. Pleasant, SC; three daughters, Jean

McClary and her husband, Rick, of Statesboro, GA, Jann Pierce and her

husband, Mike, of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Joyce Rhodes and her husband,

Randy, of Mt. Pleasant, SC; six grandchildren, Noelle (Michael)

McCumber, Holli Morgan, Michael (Amanda) Pierce, Brian (Betsy) Pierce,

Victoria (Pauli) Reagan and Christopher (Amy) Rhodes; fourteen great

grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Jenkins of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Ruth

Parr of Chickasaw, AL. He was preceded in death by his brother, Harry

J. Graham, Jr. and his sister, Elizabeth C. Graham.
