Party and Play Promotions will host a free in store workshop at 6 p.m., Wednesday, May 14. Owner Jill Shortreed will show sensible and cost effective ways to host a birthday party for up to 20 children all for under $100.
Shortreed  states: “When planning a children’s birthday party, the cost is often the first consideration that comes to mind. But a fun party with lots of birthday party games and activities needn’t be an expensive one.”
Guests will learn creative ideas for invitations, ideas for make and take activities as well as how to decorate, all while sticking within a budget of less than $100. Ideas will be presented with demos and samples to see and touch. Coupons will be distributed to all who attend, as will idea sheets and planning lists. Guests can also enter for a chance to win one of several prizes being offered, including a $50 coupon card good towards the rental of a jump castle or one of the many other party rentals available.
