Currently held only at the R.L. Jones Center pool, this popular water aerobics class will also be offered at the Park West Pool beginning Oct. 1.  Aqua Cross Training will be offered at Park West on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 -11 a.m.

With the goal of increasing cardiovascular power, conditioning the body and burning fat and calories, Aqua Cross Training is a challenging water workout that includes deep water running, water sprints, interval training and much more. Taught by instructor Susan Pearce, the R.L. Jones Center program is currently held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

The Park West Aqua Cross is now taking registration. Fees to participate are $40 for Mount Pleasant residents and $47 for non-residents per 12-course session.  Registration is available in person at any MPRD facility; returning patrons may register online at www.townofmountpleasant.com.
