The Mount Pleasant Soccer Club recently finished their spring season for the Developmental Soccer program by participating in the Lowcountry Youth Soccer League (LYSL) division championships.
The championships were held May 3 at Patriots Point. Mount Pleasant boys and girls teams in the U9-U12 age groups competed.
The Mount Pleasant Soccer Club came away with five championships and four runners-up in the nine divisions. Summerville brought home two youth championships, while James Island, Blue Crab United and Charleston United each had one championship.
The Mount Pleasant Soccer Club’s (MPSC) wins by division were as follows:
Girls U10 Gold:
MPSC Maroon, runners-up
Girls U10 Blue:
MPSC Beat, champions; MPSC Fury, runners-up
Boys U10 Gold:
MPSC Strikers, champions; MPSC Maroon, runners-up
Boys U10 Blue:
MPSC Arsenal, champions
Girls U12 Gold:
MPSC Cougars, champions
Boys U12 Blue:
MPSC Crew I, champions; MPSC Crew II, runners-up
