Danielle Renee Maxson of Fort Wayne, Ind. and Robert Scott Montgomery II of Mount Pleasant were united in marriage on Feb. 23 at The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Charleston.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. William Russell Maxson and Mrs. Sarah Jean Maxson of Fort Wayne, Ind. currently residing in Ponte Vedra, Fla.
The groom is the son of Mr. Robert Scott Montgomery, Sr. and Mrs. Kathleen Condon-Montgomery of Dunes West, Mount Pleasant.
The bride was given away by her father, Mr. William Russell Maxson.
The Matron of Honor was Mrs. Elizabeth Olson, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Mrs. Lydia Parish, Miss Alex Deister, Miss Jill Stetzel, Mrs. Ashlyn Duckwall and Mrs. Mary Beth Sanders.
The wedding greeters were Emme Stith, John Stith and Kate Stith; children of the Best Man from Isle of Palms.
The Best Man was Mr. Michael Anthony Stith, Jr., brother of the groom. The groomsmen were Mr. Daniel Impson, Mr. Kyle Sanders, Mr. Ryan Abernethy, Mr. James Moore, Jr., Mr. Brian Cox and Mr. Michael Spegele.
The ushers for the ceremony were Mr. David Maxson and Mr. Cody Olson.
The bride’s mother’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas O. Yaggy of Fort Wayne, Ind. The bride’s father’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Bill E. Maxson of Indianapolis.
The grooms mother’s parents are Harriet Molony Condon, resident of Mount Pleasant and the late J. Joseph Condon, Sr. The grooms father’s parents are Jacquelyn Johnson Montgomery, resident of Laurens and the late Richard Mentor Montgomery.
The bride is a graduate of Purdue University and the groom is a graduate of the University of Florida.
The newlywed’s honeymoon was in the West Indies in the Caribbean Sea, Grenada. They will reside in Jacksonville Beach, Fla.
