We Are Sharing Hope SC (SHSC), South Carolina’s nonprofit organ, eye and tissue recovery service, has been named one of South Carolina’s Top Workplaces for 2024.
This prestigious accolade celebrates organizations where employees feel genuinely respected, supported and empowered. The recognition is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, an employee engagement technology partner. The employee survey covers 24 factors, including overall employee feedback, compensation and benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness and appreciation.
