Kay Minson, a Realtor with the Mt. Pleasant Hwy 17 North office of Carolina One Real Estate Services, has been selected as the 2023 Global Realtor of the year by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR). Minson was recognized for her efforts over many years by CTAR, the real estate industry, and the community, in the area of Global Real Estate Service.
Minson (CRS, RSPS, AHWD, CIPS, ABR) specializes in client level residential real estate and celebrates 20 years as an active member of CTAR and a participant in CTAR’s inaugural trade mission in 2019 to Panama.
As a charter member of CTAR’s Global Business Chapter, Ms. Minson has served the Board of Directors in various capacities including President and recently served on the National Association of Realtors Global Business and Alliances Committee and on the state level as a SC Realtors Board of Directors member. Minson is also a Global Affairs member of the Canadian Real Estate Association.
A member of the Historic Rotary Club of Charleston, along with other memberships and family pursuits, Kay Mison is culturally grounded and inspired by her years of upbringing in South Carolina and the Lowcountry. Kay earned a B.S. degree in Geology from the College of Charleston where she completed multiple study abroad programs.
