On May 31 board members of the all-volunteer Patriots Point Foundation donated a new 2018 six seat electric shuttle to Patriots Point Development Authority for the Naval and Maritime Museum. Guests needing assistance at museum will be brought from the ticket area to the elevator on the Yorktown. Currently we are raising money to support the STEM related Flight Academy on the Yorktown and have voted to match all donations up to $5,000 individually and $25,000 total.
