Wofford freshman Elijah Bull placed fourth in the 100-meter hurdles at the Southern Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. 

Wofford's Elijah Bull has been named the Southern Conference men's outdoor track and field Freshman of the Year. 

The 2018 Wando High School graduate was the highest-scoring freshman on the men's side of the SoCon Outdoor Track and Field Championships, totaling 14 points.

The rookie from Mount Pleasant finished second in the 400-meter hurdles and fifth in the 400-meter dash and ran legs on Wofford's fourth-place 100-meter relay and sixth-place 400-meter relay teams. He earned All-Freshman team selections in the 400-meter dash and 400 hurdles. 

Bull was a four-year letterman in track at Wando. He was team captain his senior season, guiding the Warriors to the Class AAAAA state championship while placing second in the 400 meter hurdles in 55.26 seconds, while also helping Wando take second in the 400 relay and third in the 800 relay.
