The Charleston real estate market continues to be strong and vibrant and many new agents are flocking to join Carolina One Real Estate. Recently, nine new agents have signed on in seven of Carolina One’s fourteen local sales and marketing offices. Two of these new hires are working at Carolina One’s Isle of Palms site at 1503 Palm Blvd.

Chris Amodeo is newly licensed and the latest addition to the Isle of Palms office of Carolina One Real Estate Services. Amodeo is a native of Schenectady, New York who earned his MBA from SUNY Empire State University, a public institution founded in 1971. Prior to choosing a career in real estate, Chris Amodeo was Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Aspire Bakeries and also an Operations Manager at Amazon. Married with two children, Chris enjoys biking, running, golf and Charleston’s beaches.

A resident of the Charleston Lowcountry for the past 16 years, Elizabeth Parker Dover is a native of Frankford, Delaware. Dover received her BS in Education from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland and her Masters in Educational Technology from the College of Charleston. Dover is currently employed as a teacher of Gifted and Talented children with the Charleston County School District. Elizabeth Dover will also be joining Carolina One Real Estate in the Isle of Palms office. Married and the mother of three children, Elizabeth Dover loves gardening and is active with Ft. Johnson Baptist Church.
