Tito’s Handmade Vodka provided a challenge to help raise more funds – the first 12 Firefighters to raise $750 each received a $750 match. Because of Tito’s generous matching donation, Firefighters raised over $15,000, in the first 48 hours, bringing the total with Tito’s match to $24,231. “The Tito’s match really lights a fire under our competitors (pun intended) to get out there and raise money. Tito’s Handmade Vodka has taken the Firefighters fundraising efforts to the next level for our community’s at risk animals, we are so grateful for their support,” said Calendar Executive Producer Caroline Toepperwein.

As of April 27th the Firefighter Calendar Model Finalists have raised $34,663 for Toby’s Fund. Their goal is $80,000 by the last day of voting, on Wednesday, May 10th at 9:00 p.m. EST. “This is a marathon not a sprint, that’s for sure, it’s crazy how much can happen in just one day; on the last day of voting for our 2017 Calendar our Firefighters collectively brought in close to $20,000. So it’s still anyone’s game,” said Toepperwein. “Donating has never been this fun… seriously. We’re asking you to check out photos and bios of 26 smokin’ hot Firefighters and donate in their honor to save at risk animals….this is the only time you’ll get to add Firefighters to your shopping cart!”

And for all you men out there, five of those 26 Firefighters are women, and they came to play, currently in first place is female contender Ariel Marcoux from St. John’s Fire District with $2,945. Go to CharlestonFirefighterCalendar.com and show them some love with your votes.
